SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders for made-to-order items can be placed as pre-orders.
Payment for pre-orders will be charged at the time of checkout, not at the time of shipping.
If you need to cancel your pre-order, please email [email protected] within 3 days of placing your order. After this time, your order cannot be cancelled as the item(s) will already be in production.
If you order an in-stock item with a pre-order, you will not be charged for shipping twice.
In-stock items will be shipped within 3-5 business days, while pre-order items will be shipped once they have been produced.
Delivery is available only in California: it’s free of charge.
Please note that pre-orders for jewelry will be handcrafted and delivered within 2-3 weeks, while pre-orders for silver decor items will be handcrafted and delivered within 8-10 weeks, depending on the item.
