Refund policy

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, including being unworn and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are any problems, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items or “made to order” products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We are sorry, but we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure a satisfactory exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will automatically issue the refund to your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
